This package can generate a business of Rs. 10,000-15,000 per day on a twelve-hour operation per day. It can generate a net profit of about 10% of sales and may go upto 15% depending upon product mix such as more value-added products like cakes, specialty biscuits, pastries, puffs etc.

Bakery products such as bread, bun, dinner rolls, pastry, cake, biscuits, muffins, baguettes etc. can be baked to a high quality finish and colour. The oven is capable of generating high degree of steam, which is necessary for yeast products.

It requires a working area of approximately 400 to 500 sq-ft. The package cost covers only equipment and excludes investment on land, building, utilities, taxes, duties, freight, insurance and installation and commissioning.
