This package is suitable for a bakery using 500 kgs. of maida (flour) per day (twelve-hour shift). This would be suitable for wholesale bakeries such as Nilgiris, Mayura, Goodbread, Varrier Bakery and Monginis.
This package can generate a business of Rs. 60,000 per day on a twelve-hour operation per day. It can generate a net profit of about 10% of sales and may go upto 15% depending upon product mix such as more value-added products like cakes, specialty biscuits, pastries, puffs etc.
