Product Specification

This well- designed cronical rounder is used for the intermediate as well as the final stages of moulding and rounding of the wheaten dough. The dough pieces are rounded into well- closed balls with smooth surfaces between a rotating cone equipped with grooves and a suitable shaped spiral. This enables equal prooging. Advantages

All dough contact parts are surface protected with Teflon. This prevents the dough from sticking and makes cleaning easier.
The intensity of the mechanical flour sifting device above the outlet hopper can be adjusted.
The machine is practically noiseless during operation.
Easy and simple maintenance procedure.

Options
Equipped with fan for blowing cold or hot air.
